2. Perishable and Food Items

For the safety and hygiene of our customers, we do not accept returns on perishable and food items, including but not limited to fresh produce, dairy products, and packaged food items. We take every precaution to ensure the freshness and quality of these items at the time of sale.

3. Refund Process

If your return meets the eligibility criteria, we will process your refund in one of the following ways, based on your preference:

• Store Credit: You can opt to receive the refund amount as store credit, which can be used for future purchases at A2Z Cash N Carry.

• Original Payment Method: If you prefer, we can refund the amount to the original payment method used for the purchase.

4. Return Procedure

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

a. Contact our Customer Service team at info@a2zcashandcarry.com or call us at 519-551-2303 to request a Return Authorization (RA) number.

b. Pack the item securely, including all original packaging, and include the RA number provided by our Customer Service team.

c. Ship or return the item to our store location at:

d. Once we receive the returned item and verify its eligibility, we will process your refund accordingly.

5. Shipping Charges for Refunds

Please note that shipping charges for refunds, including return shipping, will be paid by the customer unless the return is due to a mistake on our part or a defective product.

6. Exceptions

Please note that certain items, such as items sold as clearance or final sale, may not be eligible for return or refund. Any exceptions to our refund policy will be clearly stated at the time of purchase.
